Yoga & Thalasso Detox Week at the Vilalara Thalassa Resort, Algarve, Portugal
This pioneering combination of yoga and thalassotherapy offers a powerful detox formula with strictly no alcohol during this week-long course. Held at the Sofitel Thalassa Vilalara resort on the clifftops of the Algarve just 35 minutes from Faro airport, it begins with an individual wellbeing and lifestyle consultation with yoga guru Neo Ornelas. There are 10 yoga classes over the week along with three wellbeing seminars on relaxation, breathing and meditation, a medical consultation with a Thalassotherapy doctor with six days of Thalassotherapy treatments. Tailored detox meals are served at the Dietetic restaurant set on the clifftop where you can eat like a king for under 400 calories! A bottle of oxygenated mineral water and detoxifying green super juices are offered during the day to keep you well hydrated.
