Spend a night in the wilderness snuggled under a warm duvet in one of Loisaba Lodge’s Star Beds. Raised wooden platforms half covered with thatched roofs have been built into rocks with panoramic views of the plains below and come with en suite facilities and romantic four poster beds that can be rolled out for a night under the stars. A trapdoor at the top of the steps keeps wildlife at bay but allows the traditional Maasai warriors who make up the staff to bring you your morning tea. Access to the Star Beds from Loisaba Lodge is on foot, by camel trek or horse ride. Loisaba Lodge has seven en suite rooms with hand made furniture and a private deck.
