One of the many spa packages and complementary therapies offered at the Hydro at Stellenbosch, South Africa’s leading holistic health retreat situated near Cape Town, is the "Oceana Experience". The treatment starts with an exfoliation with indigenous African botanicals, during which layers of dead skin cells are expertly scrubbed away. This is followed by a hydro-bath containing de-stressing Forest Stream Bath Milk. Then you are covered in body mud and lie in an African infused botanical steam while a gentle scalp massage is performed. After twenty minutes of blissful relaxation, the warm rain of a Vichy shower gently washes away the mud and leaves you feeling utterly calm and relaxed.
