Kind, sweet and smiley Thai therapists balance your charkas with treatments and speciality massages including traditional Thai. This therapeutic massage uses gentle acupressure and stretching techniques to give the entire body a passive yet exhilarating workout. After changing into the loose top and trousers provided, my treatment started with a traditional footbath. Then I lay face down on a huge padded floor mat, while Orawan, my therapist, used her fingers, thumbs, elbows, arms and feet to pull, push and coax my body into the most amazing stretches. Despite the odd painful twinge when Orawan eased the knots of tension in my shoulders, I loved every minute of this energising, feel good massage.
