Dating from 1738 and 1765 and beautifully restored, numbers 85 and 86 St Stephen’s Green are among Dublin’s finest Georgian buildings.

 

Famed for their stunning interiors and superb plaster decoration by the Swiss Lafranchini brothers and the Dublin School of Stuccoworkers, here you can fully appreciate the elegance and grace of Georgian architecture and design and imagine life in such splendid surroundings.

 

Guided tours explore the townhouses’ history, heritage and restoration, but only in summer.

Open in June, July and August only, tours take place on Tuesday to Friday at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm.
