Get creative and top up your culinary skills on a short cookery course in the newly restored Georgian kitchen at Howth Castle. As the professional cooks share their passion for food, you get to join in with hands-on sessions (and enjoy the fruits of your labour around the big kitchen tables).

There are morning, afternoon and evening sessions when the subjects to choose from include the flavours of Thailand or the Middle East, sushi, French suppers, Spanish cooking, vegetarian suppers and pasta and sauces.

If you’ve got more time, the full day courses span easy entertaining, French provincial cooking, feasts from the sea and best of vegetarian.

Demonstrations from €65 per person, hands-on sessions from €80.
