A much less purist, but no less enjoyable meal is to be had at Michelin-starred The Paul in the Tivoli Gardens, where British chef Paul Cunningham attracts gourmets with astonishingly unlikely dishes that really work. You won’t soon forget the sumptuousness of a warm chocolate fondant topped with local black raspberries and olive tapenade immersed in thyme-infused cream.
