South Africa is one of our great winter destinations, a big land offering game parks, golf courses, good wines and delicious, inexpensive mangos for breakfast! But there used to be more, such as the joy of sailing there and back on the Union-Castle Line, whose ships sailed every Thursday (at 4pm sharp) from Southampton and Cape Town.
